What should you eat for your skin care?
Your nourishment must be based on all-colours vegetables, and drink plenty of water along the day. It's better to drink a glass every hour than half a litre in a row, to keep you continuously hydrated.
Avoid animal fat, sugar and salt. Preferably make an appointment for an Alimentary Reeducation Consultation, and start learning how you should eat.
Our face and neck are maybe the most sensitive and revealing zones of our age. Take care of your facial skin all days, cleaning it and using a good moisturising and anti-aging cream. And protect yourself from the sun, because too much sun exposure makes you look old too soon.
