It is very important for a child to get used to drinking water all day long and it is fundamental to make of it its favourite drink in all main meals, instead of juices and soft drinks.

It is true a natural fruit juice (never soft drinks) has important nutriments that may give a kick of energy and growth to the younger, but leave it preferably for breakfast and for lunch time.
