To eat before training

Make sure you have a meal 30-90 minutes before each training session.
This meal will act as a fuel to your body but it will also save your muscular tissue when training.
Depending on your stomach sensibility, you may eat farther or closer to your exercising time. But do not try to go to the gym feeling full and swollen.
In case of heavy meals wait at least 90 minutes, for light meals 30 minutes will do.
