Take advantage of these 3 days rest to make a purifying eating and to do some exercise. Good weather is coming back, take long walks in a park or somewhere near the shore.

Eating out, choose natural fruit juices to drink, even if it is a simply normal orange juice. Forget soft drinks.

Follow a diet on fruit juices an/or vegetables and green salads.
