Salmon and fatty oils
The oils found in fish like salmon have been linked to many health benefits, including weight loss, improvement of depressive states and cardiovascular health, by reducing the levels of bad cholesterol.
Salmon is rich in omega 3 fatty acid, which keeps the blood flow and relaxes the cell membranes, including the arteries.
Replace the meat for cold water fish, known as blue fish, such as salmon, horse mackerel, sardines, tuna, trout and mackerel, for example.
Another advantage is the salmon’s protective effect from sunrays. This is not to say that stop using sunscreen, but that salmon also helps to protect your skin from ultraviolet rays.
