Papaya and Mango juice!
A nice dose of anti-oxydants in a fresh juice, flavory, healthy and colourful:
1 and 1/2 Cup of papaya in cubes
1/2 Cup of mango in cubes
1/4 Cup of water
1 Tablespoon of linseeds
Lemon juice drops, as needed
Place the mango, the papaya, the lemon drops and the linseeds in the blender and mix until getting a uniform cream.
Add water and stir so that it gets a little more liquid.
Serve the juice in a glass and drink it immediately.
