Light pancake
This week our nutritionist Dr. Tomás Barbosa has prepared us a healthy breakfast! Delight yourself with this light but tasty pancake.
Base:
- 1 Tablespoon oat flavour
- 1 Tablespoon coconut flavour
- 1 Tablespoon light cocoa
- 4 Egg whites
- 1 Egg yolk
- 1 Banana
- 2 Tablespoons of salt-free toasted almonds and goji berries.
Scrunch this mixture and fry it in a pan with a bit of coconut oil.
Place over the pancake:
- 1 Square of shaved dark chocolate
- 1 Tablespoon of shaved coconut
Choose an apple or pineapple natural juice to accompany your pancake.
