Light pancake

This week our nutritionist Dr. Tomás Barbosa has prepared us a healthy breakfast! Delight yourself with this light but tasty pancake.

Base:

  • 1 Tablespoon oat flavour
  • 1 Tablespoon coconut flavour
  • 1 Tablespoon light cocoa
  • 4 Egg whites
  • 1 Egg yolk
  • 1 Banana
  • 2 Tablespoons of salt-free toasted almonds and goji berries.

Scrunch this mixture and fry it in a pan with a bit of coconut oil.

Place over the pancake:

  • 1 Square of shaved dark chocolate
  • 1 Tablespoon of shaved coconut

Choose an apple or pineapple natural juice to accompany your pancake.
