Hints to relieve from celebrations…

After a happy day of celebration and some excesses it is very important for your body to get back to routines, both alimentary as physical ones.
 

You don't have to do anything terribly exhausting, a light running or a long walk will do. Regarding the alimentary planning be sure to drink much water and, if you feel like, you may even spend the day on soup and juice fruits!
