Whole eggs are so nutritious they are often referred to as "nature's mulitvitamin".

It's a myth to say that eggs are bad for your cholesterol.
Recent studies show they don't have any effect on cholesterol in most people, and beyond it was also discovered that eating eggs is not associated to the risk of having heart diseases.
