Eat vegetal protein to live longer!
Researches by the "General Hospital" in Massachusetts reveal that those who eat a larger quantity of animal protein (processed red meat) to the detriment of fish or poultry proteins, have a larger risk of early death.
The same study point out that eating more vegetable proteins (from food such as wholegrain rice, beans, nuts and legumes) reduces the risk of a premature death.
It's a fact that eating red meat and longevity are interrelated, untimely death being also ensured by other less healthy habits, like drinking alcohol or the unavailability for physical activity.
