Although they have some fat, nuts are incredibly nutritious and healthy. They are rich in magnesium, vitamin E, fibres and several other nutrients.
 

Different studies show that nuts may contribute to losing weight and to fight diabetes 2 and cardiovascular diseases.
Besides that, around 10-15% of the calories in nuts are not absorbed by the body, and some evidences suggest they may accelerate your metabolism.
