Fruit shakes made with rice milk, oat milk or soja milk are a good way to start your day or to have healthy snacks at the middle of the morning.

They are versatile, because you can make a different shake every day, until you've used up all fruit possibilities at your disposal. Almost all fruits are good for making shakes: apple, pear, pineapple, guava, passion fruit, mango, banana, kiwi, well, all fruits with pulp and that may be mashed in a blender.
