Always have balanced meals…

It's very important to start your day with a nice breakfast, fruit or fruit juices, non-fat whole grain yoghurt or a slice of whole grain bread with fresh white cheese.
Eat lots of salads and plenty of vegetables, boiled or steamed, seasoned just with extra virgin olive oil and vinegar.

Try to have 5 short meals by day, instead of only a heavy lunch and a large dinner.
Have a nice vegetable soup for dinner!
