TOO MUCH WEIGHT OR TOO MUCH FAT

Anybody who wants to correct its weight must know its body composition and understand the difference between having too much weight or fat in excess.
A certain person may weigh more than recommended for someone of its age and body structure without, however, having too much fat (for instance people who regularly practice body building) or, on the contrary, having a normal weight but lacking muscle mass and having fat in excess.
Its not the total extra weight that makes us a less healthful person, but rather the weight of fat in excess.
