It’s almost impossible to avoid this season’s food excesses. However if you take some care you may enter the New Year without too many “damages” in your body and your mind. Lower the quantity of what you eat by using dessert plates. For each alcoholic drink you take, drink two glasses of water. Slowly chew and well, flavouring each bite of food.
