PACKAGING LABELS

TIP OF THE DAY from our Nutritionist Dr. Tomás Barbosa:
When we look at package labels we should pay more attention to it, especially to the Ingredients List and the Nutritional Information Table.
Read the packaging labels more carefully and always chose healthier food, richer in nutrients such as vitamins, minerals and alimentary fibres.
Avoid at all costs sodium, added sugars and saturated fat!
