To feed ourselves in a healthy and balanced way, it is not enough just to correctly select good foods, it is also important the way we cook them. We should as well pay attention to the way we eat, because eating too quickly is harmful to our health and make us gain weight and grow fat even more.
Take your time with your meal, not only will your food taste better, but you will surely be eating just what is necessary for you. Don’t forget to practice a mindful eating.
