In the last 100 years, life expectancy has duplicated. In 1900, men lived until about age 34 and women 36. By 2016, that age jumped to 78 and 84, respectively. There’s no question that we are redefining what it means to be 30, 50, and 70 years old or older. Regular exercise, a healthy diet, and adequate rest all help maintain beauty, energy and vitality.
