Carrot is the queen of foods to help getting a tan. If you want an apricot tone, you just have to eat them. And there are other excellent foods for a natural suntan: tomatoes and red peppers, extra-virgin olive oil, eggs, watermelon, spinach and broccoli, and also fresh cheese. All of these, well prepared and wrapped, may be taken to the beach for a light and healthy snack.
