Did you know there are some foods that can help our good mood?
Banana – Decreases anxiety. Banana is good for your sleep, due to the stimulation of serotonin (a neurotransmitter that makes us feel good), it helps getting in the mood and feel relax.
Oatmeal – Contains selenium, an excellent sedative for the nervous system.
Honey – It also stimulates the serotonin production, which is, as said above, excellent to relax and to be merry.
