That hamburgers have a great aspect, but in reality they are a food we should eat in strict moderation and adequate portions! Although hamburgers are rich in proteins, vitamin B12 and iron, what’s most important is that they are rich in saturated fats.
If you feel like eating a hamburger do-it yourself, this way you can control the ingredients using those who are most healthier, and at the same time you will be reducing those who are most harmful.
