TIP OF THE DAY from our Nutritionist Dr. Tomás Barbosa:
Early in the morning put in a blender an apple, half a dozen of spinach leaves, a teaspoon of lemon juice, spread all over with a glass of water, beat until it gets liquid and drink it, you may add a spoon of honey to make it sweater.
For lunch prepare a pumpkin cream (with courgette, onion and pumpkin). At dinner you can eat this cream again, or any other, as long as it is light.
Breaks in daytime:
Along the day drink only water, tea, fresh orange juice or any other fruit, but no sugar added.
And do not forget… to take a walk at fast steps, of at least half an hour
