SWEET? ONLY IF IT’S POTATO!

I don’t always eat starch, but when I do… my favourite is without a doubt the sweet potato. Sweet potatoes are very nutritious and rich in some key nutrients like Vitamin A, Vitamin C and potassium. They are also relatively rich in fiber, a 100 gram serving supplying about 3 grams.
