What to eat before you work out…

By: | Tags: | Comments: 0 | Março 31st, 2016

The intake of  carbohydrates preferably of gradual release before doing any physical exercise enhances your training performance in quantity and in quality, and does not negatively affect the results of your effort. The ideal is always to eat, before you practice, a banana (fast absorption hydrate) and a salt-free rice biscuit (slow absorption hydrate).

The formula is this:
Fast absorption hydrate + Slow absorption hydrate = Gradual absorption hydrate.

This way, with more "oxidiser" and more "fuel" you will burn more while working out!
