The long awaited recipe from our nutritionist Dr. Tomás Barbosa

This week the long awaited recipe from our nutritionist Dr. Tomás Barbosa is a delicious Salmon Guacamole!
 

How to prepare it:

Remove the avocado with a tablespoon. Then place the avocado pulp in a bowl and add a few drops of orange and lime, some salt, black pepper and olive oil.

Blanch a tomato and peel it. Cut it in cubes and join them to the avocado, as well as an oignon finely chopped.

Smash everything with a fork. Lastly add the salmon cubes.

Place this mixture in a bowl. Sprinkle with a litte olive oil and if you like serve with coriander.

It can be accompanied with an integral tortilla or some integral toasts.

Ingredients:
1 Mature avocado
1 Small oignon
Lemon juice to your taste
Orange juice to your taste
1 Mature tomato
Olive oil
Coriander
Salt
Black pepper
Salmon (cut in cubes)
