A recent study showed that one of the factors that most influence the gain of weight and obesity, is the lack of sleep.

Short sleeping was associated to a larger risk, 89%, in child obesity, and 55% in adults.
Poor sleep may lead to insulin resistance and reduce your physical and mental performance.
Do not forget that your sleep quantity and quality may be as important to your health and wellness, as a balanced and personalized diet and regular physical activiy!
