This summer if you have a swimming-pool or the beach nearby, have a swim and lose extra calories, without too much effort!
If you swim for 30 minutes with a moderately intensity, you can burn up to 200 calories. On the other hand, if you are used to some cardiovascular activity, try to do it for 60 minutes to burn 400 to 500 calories. It all depends on the intensity level!
