SALT
Use little or no salt when you are cooking. Even when recipes tell you to add salt to water before boiling it… it's really not necessary!
Many kinds of food in its original form, such as fruits, vegetables, fresh meat, poultry, fish, beans, eggs, milk, yoghurt and rice, they all contain salt already, include them more frequently in your meals.
Avoid eating processed food and pre-prepared food that tend to have more sodium like pizzas, cured meat, frozen food or in cans and "instant" meals.
Cook more frequently at home and enjoy the food you can more easily control on salt quantity at each meal
