2 eggs, 2 tablespoons of coconut flower, 1 tablespoon of peanut butter, 1 dessert spoon of sweetener, 1 protein bar of crushed coconut and 1 coffee spoon of coconut oil.
Only black chocolate (80% cocoa) nuggets are missing, and take it to the oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
