The way people use to vent anger, huffiness, frustration or anxiety is to eat large portions of food, unhealthy most of the times, like deep-fried food, fast-food and pastry.
One of the reasons relies on the fact we usually have at home, at the reach of our hand, processed food very caloric.

Instead of filling your pantry with cookies and biscuits, choose dark chocolate that besides satisfying the necessity of sweets it has the ingredients that act on the pleasure zone of the brain, turning your mood better.
Try fruits, even if it is canned fruit, yogurts and jelly.
And when you are angry, take revenge on an apple!
