Fruits are a splendid option to pick at night before going to bed, or even ate any hour of the day. Fruit is poor on fat, reasonably low on calories and vitamins that keep us healthy.
 

The night period is a moment we all like to relax from a hard working day, but frequently for who is trying to lose weight it becomes a difficult time to keep up with the diet.
Eat fruit without any sort of regrets!
