Don't miss the low calories recipe from our nutritionist Dr. Tomás Barbosa:

Base:
 

  • 1 Raw cauliflower mashed in the 1-2-3;
  • Heat the mashed cauliflower in the micro-wave 6 to 8 minutes (in the end knead with a cloth to get rid of the water left);
  • Prepare in a separate bowl a mixture of a yolk, two egg whites and a spoon of mozzarella light (you may add black pepper if you wish).

In the end, put together the two preparations in a mould and take it to the oven for 20 minutes at 180º Celsius.

Cover:

  • Shred the chicken breast;
  • 1/4 Chopped onion;
  • 1 Mushroom can;
  • Home-made tomato sauce (fresh tomatoes, garlic and olive oil);
  • Mozzarella light to taste.

Finally, join the cover to the pre-toasted base and take it to the oven until the mozzarella cheese melts.
