“Cherry” a Multivitamin
Cherries have vitamins A, B1, B2, B5 and C, besides good levels of potassium, phosphorus, calcium, sulfur, magnesium, chlore, silica, ellagic acid, proteins and starch.
This fruit's red color indicates it has antioxidants (beta-carotene), but what is most interesting is that bitter cherries have a higher level of beta-carotene than sweet cherries.
