Cereals for starting our day?
Breakfast cereals that children usually take, and many adults too, are in fact a poor choice to begin the day.
Most of cereals are made of refined flower, with a lot of sugar and some even with dyestuff, and may cause changes in sugar and insulin blood levels.
Cereals are really an excellent way to start our day, but they should always be integral, the lesser the sugar they have the best, and choose them natural at their most.
