Chocolate cake Fit, for those who workout more than an hour everyday and want to gain muscular mass.
Ingredients:
1 Can of chickpeas
5 Tablespoons of light cocoa
1 Tablespoon of peanut butter
2 Tablespoons of oatmeal flower
1 Scoop of whey chocolate protein
1 Teaspoon of baking powder
2 Egg whites
1 Egg yolk
Scrunch everything in the blender and take it to the oven at 180 degrees some 20 to 30 minutes.
