Alcohol, nourishment and breast cancer!
A Danish study made with more than 22000 women, has discovered that participants who used to drink 2 alcoholic drinks per day, average, have increased in 30% the risk of developing breast cancer, in a lapse time of five years.
These results show how a diet has a critical influence on the risk modulation of breast cancer.
Although challenging, a diet change may be a relatively easy way to transform the risk equation for a woman, and she should start that change in a young age.
