You should get used to sit at the table and have your meals taken without being distracted by television, computers, magazines or newspapers. All that takes one’s mind off and make us eat mechanically, not allowing our brain to perceive the satiety “messages” send by the stomach, increasing the possibility of eating much more than what would be enough.
Therefore, pay attention to what you are eating, because controlling your food intake is important for your general health, and in particular to preserve a balanced and healthy weight.
