Slow eating!

It's fundamental to eat slowly, because our brain needs time to assimilate the sensation of satiety.
 

If we eat too fast we will eat much more until the brains gives the order that we are full and satisfied.
There is an efficient artifice to eat less: you may eat a whole dish of food… but change your plate and start eating in a dessert size plate.
