A sauce to accelerate your metabolism!

This ginger and chilli sauce is great to add to different kind of salads and pasta.
 

1 Garlic clove
1/2 Teaspoon of ginger scrap
2 Teaspoons of soya bean sauce (light)
1 Tablespoon of sweet chilli sauce
1/2 Tablespoon of tomato grated
Chop the garlic clove really thin and prepare the ginger scrap, thin as well.
In a bowl place all the ingredients, mix them all together well and it is ready to season salads, seafood, grilled fish or pasta.
