A Juice to Protect and Tan your Skin.
Maybe you've already heard about the benefits from carrots to skin, that's due to betacarotene, a pigment that gives color to your skin.
However, it is not the only food with those properties. All foods rich on vitamin A are useful for this matter, specially those of vegetal origin.
Ingredients:
250 ml carrot juice
4 tablespoons of olive oil (you may change the olive oil to wheat germ)
4 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice
Preparation:
Place all the ingredients in a bowl and stir until you get a smooth paste.
Keep the juice in a glass bottle.
