The best olive oil for your health is the extra-virgin (acidity equal to or less than 0,8%), for it preserves all nutrients and assures all its benefits. Olive oil, made out of olives, when not used in excess with our food, is an excellent protector of the cardiovascular system, providing vitamins A, D, E and K. It also protects our cells membranes, as it contains omega 3 and 6 with inflammatory properties.
