EXERCISE IN THE TUB

A new study indicates that hot-water baths may be beneficial for people who are sedentary or physically unable to exercise or to participate in physical activity, as it may decrease some of the risk factors associated with obesity and inactivity.  But for people who can exercise, this isn’t permission to skip exercising and hit the hot tub.
