We should always bear in mind that the essentials of a daily regime is about raw vegetables abundance, like salads, and fresh fruits to be eaten unpeeled whenever possible, after properly washed. Meals must be spaced, to allow a good digestion in between.
We cannot underestimate the important role water has in eliminating toxins and as health support, and so water should be preferred to such beverages as alcohol and soft drinks, in a quantity not less than 1,5-2 litres per day.
Human body is made of three-quarter parts of water, and we are what we eat, remember this if you want to have your body weight well-balanced and controlled.
