Vegetables are never in excess

Vegetables are poor in calories but rich in volume. Meaning that you can eat plenty of vegetables without storing lots of unwanted calories, and notice that you'll feel full because vegetables take a lot of space in the stomach. 
 

When consuming vegetables, avoid adding sauces or oil, in order not to add on unnecessary calories to your meal.
Eat your vegetables in any way you want, preferably raw or steamed whenever possible!
