The best foods to increase our longevity are what Nature has to offer us directly, ready to be eaten.
Most important are: cereals, fruits, legumes and fresh vegetables.

Then, among those healthy foods, some are particularly beneficial. That's the case with broccoli, garlic, apple, tomato, mushrooms, onion and nuts for they are poor on fat and sugar, rich on vitamins and minerals, with antioxidant properties and rich on nutrients. And because of all this they improve health and longevity.
