Begin your week with healthy habits!

Week-ends are days when more dietary abuses occur, with lunches and dinners among family or friends.

Not only do we eat some lesser healthy foods, but we also abuse on quantity and calories.
Try to keep during the week a balanced nourishment, based on vegetables, raw or cooked, seasoned just with olive oil, vinegar or lemon juice.
Moderate alcohol intake, drink plenty of water and practice physical exercise a lot!
