Take your time when eating your breakfast!
It is often said and repeated that a decent breakfast is essential to start a fine day, for keeping our consumption rate of calories well-balanced and even for controlling or losing weight.
Truth is that most people don't have healthy habits for breakfast, and generally skip this important meal. Simply asking people to change for a decent amount of food, both in quantity and in quality, when they usually don't, may get to undesired results because it does not become a regular habit. One may follow the advise for two or three days, but quickly returns to the old routine of drinking a glass of milk or a cup of coffee and leave the house in a hurry.
