Don't think only milk provides calcium, because there are lots of foods rich in this mineral that have nothing to do with dairy products.

 

Green vegetables, especially dark green ones, sea-food, legumes and fruits also contain calcium. What is important to know is that you have to join calcium to vitamin D, for this is the only way to help your body to absorb and to fix calcium, otherwise it is wasted.
