Water every day!
It is good for the human being to drink around 2,5 litres of water per day.
But so many food already has much water, like fruits and vegetables that are composed of 80 to 98% of water, such as the cucumber with 96,7%, tomatoes with 94,5% and strawberries with 91% to name just some few good examples.
Therefore do drink water, preferably natural, but eat water as well, naturally!
