Whole wheat pasta gives you more dietetic fibres of a particularly beneficial type of carbohydrates. These fibres help fighting chronic diseases, including obesity and diabetes type 2, and promote a digestive health.
A cup of tea of whole wheat pasta contains 6,3 grams of dietetic fibre, supplying 17 per cent of the recommended daily ingestion for men, and 24 per cent for women.
